Do you offer same-day or next-day photo delivery?
Most corporate event galleries are delivered within 7–14 days, depending on the season and the size of your event. During slower seasons, galleries are typically delivered within 7 days, while peak-season turnaround is generally up to 14 days. Need images sooner? Priority Editing is available for an additional fee. This option is ideal for companies that need professionally edited photos quickly for social media, press releases, marketing campaigns, internal communications, or post-event recaps. My goal is to deliver a polished gallery that tells the complete story of your event while ensuring every image meets the highest quality standards
What types of corporate events do you photograph?

Do you travel outside Dallas-Fort Worth?
Absolutely! While i'm based in North Texas, KH Visual Co travels throughout Texas: including Austin, Houston, San Antonio for corporate events and brand activations. Travel is also available nationwide for select projects. (Seattle, Colorado, Atlanta, Florida, California, New York).
How many photos will we receive?
Every event is different, so there's no fixed number of images. My focus is on delivering a complete story of your event rather than meeting a specific photo count. You'll receive professionally edited, high-quality images covering speakers, attendees, networking, branding, candid moments, venue details, sponsors, and key highlights.
